1. All the Coach bags, wallets & wristlets for sale on this blog are 100% AUTHENTIC.
2. RM10 postage rate for each item.
3. For all our items 50 % deposit (booking fees) required and the remaining shall be paid in full in 14 DAYS. 
4. We will ship out the items after remaining balance paid.
5. Pre-Order item will arrive approximately 2-4 weeks and buyer will be notified by email/sms upon the arrival of your order.
6. Items sold are NOT exchangeable, NO cancellation and no money refund once the payment is made. 
7. Full amount will be refunded in case the goods are not available.
8. I will not be responsible for any losses or damages incurred during shipping and handling.
